On my previous property on account number 10395885 i was told that i owe BCM R12 000 for water charges which i disputed. I made an affidavit with police and submitted it to BCM and they acknowledged telephonically that i my case make sense. i paid that R12 000 because i was changing houses, if i was not moving i was not going to pay. Please see the attached affidavit for more information.
