I have paid R781.00 monthly, and still get charged for REFUSE however refuse is NEVER and HAS NEVER been collected from our area??!! I am happy to pay for a service if i receive the service. The fact that it is a business does not mean BCM can automatically charge this each month. Please discontinue these charges with immediate effect?
