There was a water leak that was reported to and fixed by BCM with a reference nr: 754974 that was given by the water department. We were not issued with a plumbing certificate or any other documentation thereafter.
The house needs to be transferred onto my name as I have bought this house, but cannot as this account has not been settled.
Kindly assist in this regard.
