Description
30th September account - we used 7 kiloliters we got an account for 141 kiloliters water we only paid for the 7 then on the 31st October account we used 5 kiloliters, we got an account for 141kilolitres again we only paid for the 5. We have a smart water meter which reading automatically gets sent to you but we don't know if it coming through to you properly
