Water bill query -The consumer wrote " I have
recently received a letter regarding my water bill - the letter states that I
will be charged for services back dated to June 2020<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"> </span>I have paid my levy to Umlele Heights Estates
management (Merville Property Management) since I took ownership of my property
– water is included in this monthly levyThe estate
is billed after a bulk water reading is taken and I am charged a fee according
to this by Merville Property management which is included in my monthly levy
(see statements attached). </p><p class="MsoNormal">I received
a letter from estate management that once water was being supplied to the
estate from BCM water line that we would be charged a levy on water</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"> </span>The amount
owed on my account for water should be scrapped as this is being paid directly
to the estate included in my monthly levy"</p>
