Kindly investigate high water charges raised on this account. <div><br></div><div><div><b>QRC Response:</b> Query Closed</div><div>consumer needs to look for leaks or faults and get a plumber to fix then submit the plumbers invoice in order for any adjustments to take place because there is high consumption of water during the period of 202006/202102</div></div><div><br></div><div>Phoned consumer and advise her to please check for any leaks repaired on property from 2021 to date.</div><div>In addition i advised consumer to go to credit control section to arrange for payment arrangements as account was last paid in 2019.</div><div>Consumer will log new query for any other leaks.</div>
