kindly investigate high water charges raised on this account.<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE:</div><div>Waterworks findings on 06 Sept 2022 reported an internal underground leak at 2.05L/ Min.</div><div>Waterworks findings on 06 Oct 2022 reported an internal leak at 1.4 L/min.</div><div>Occupants on site were informed of the findings by Waterworks.</div><div>Query closed as consumer is to appoint a plumber to repair leaks within 10 days of notification.</div><div><br></div><div>Consumer may log a new query by uploading a signed copy of the plumbers letter once all repairs have been completed.</div>
