Description
CONSUMER QUERYING HIGH WATER CONSUMPTION. KINDLY INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE.<div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE</u></b>: There are no fault reports on water works system, and consumption is on average between 15- 20kl therefore a High Consumption cannot be reported.</div><div>If the customer had any internal faults repaired during the 2020/2021 period a they need to log a new query under the correct Subcategory (Leak Rebate) by attaching the invoice or an affidavit stating the repair date.</div><div>Customer does not qualify for six months policy, query resolved.</div>
