Description
Please assess account for six months policy for period 2016/05-2017/04. The consumer says the property has been vacant since 2016 and that the high consumption for other periods is due to the vandalism. Images have been submitted as evidence.<div>The consumer was called on 14/05/2021 to be given an update.</div><div>An e-mail was sent to meter readings dept. and the meter was changed. An e-mail was sent to billing to rectify the meter and readings on the consumer's account&nbsp;</div><div>The consumer was called again on 28/05/2021 to be updated.</div><div>Sent for check reading as the meter was incorrectly read.</div>
