Have the premises assessed for any undetected leaks (if leaks are repaired, to
log a new query with a signed copy of the plumbers letter stating what was
repaired, date of repairs and account information; or<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">2.
If no leaks found, try and reduce the monthly usage to 20kl or less to avoid
penalty charges; or<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">3.
(if possible) take a picture of the meter with reading, compare with current
statement and forward it to <a href="mailto:meterreading@buffalocity.gov.za">meterreading@buffalocity.gov.za</a>
