consumer reported high water consumption on account, assess and adjust.<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: Query Closed</div><div>Waterworks inspected premises in Sept 2022 and reported an internal leak at 0.4L/Min</div><div>Consumer to appoint a plumber to repair all leaks, then log a new query and upload a signed copy of the plumbers letter stating what was repaired with date of repairs.</div><div>As per CC Policy, leaks are to be repaired within 10 days of notification</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: Contacted consumer, phoned and explained to him that he needs to resubmit plumbers letter.</div><div>I send him email to send it directly to me. In addition i explained that the consumption has not dropped which shows that no leak has been fixed therefore we need proof from plumber as to what will be fixed and from when leak took place.</div>
