account number 10298354 refers, bcm took incorrect water reading on the 13/3/23 of 1403 kl, when i checked on the 11/5/23 and recorded the reading, it was 1035 kl. I did go and report this at bcm queries counter in town, but today i received latest account, and it was not reversed and rectified, but instead i was charged with an interim of 57 kl .for the account payable on 15/6 2023. I declare a dispute so do not block my electricity until this matter is sorted.
