Please could you confirm if the account relating to ERF5365, 10141219 has been closed. An email was sent to Florence Pillay as well as Customer Care and Billing enquiries on 19/05/2023 by Sarah Kriel of Kriel Peterson Attorneys. The transfer of the property into the new owners names, Candice & Justin Smith, took place on the 15th of May. We have received the May account this morning and have still been charged with the full month of May's charges. Please could this account be closed with immediate effect.
Please also advise if the credit due on this account will be credited to our other account i.e. account no. 10435940 or if we need to supply a proof of banking detail letter in order that it can be refunded into our bank account.
