We moved out of this property effective 1st October 2018, but we remained liable for the water and electricity cost until 28 February 2019 (in agreement with the landlord – QCK Lezmin 4372 cc trading). The account was paid up to date when we moved out. The amount outstanding should be Charged to the new owner of this property
