on 10/9/2021 old water meter no. 9103524290 was removed, new water meter no. SN212010421 was fitted. Old water meter no. is still quoted on invoice.
15/11/2021 until 15/6/2022 I was charged an interim of 15.000 kl per month. 15/7/2022 unti 17/10/2022 an interim of 10.000 kl per month. Since 15/11/2022 I have been charged 15.000 kl per month.
Attached please find a photo of the water reading for meter no. SN212010421 on 22/5/2023 of 0092,8553. A photo had already been sent for the reading on 2/11/2022 of 0069,4763 under the Query Ref. No. 83019 (submitted via phone call). According to my calculations this records a usage of 0023,3790 kl in the past 18 months, amounting to approximately 1,2988 kl per month.
Could you please look into this matter and correct the readings accordingly. Please note that the mobile number under which Query Ref. No. 83019 was submitted is no longer active.
