Outstanding balance which is incorrect and under query but not yet resolved from Novemember 2022 being deducted from electricity purchase currently. Bought R1000 to only receive 69 units. Surely this cannot be done u til the query is resolved. If I do not ha e a favorable response by COB on Monday 15/5/2023 then I will be taking this to my lawyers and the media as this is extortion being you have had 7 months to resolve a query and still not yet done and while query still open you are illegally deducting money from my electricity purchases
