We were overcharged on our February statement, by 3258 kilolitres. Please check reading on statement at 13/01 (67741). Please also see opening reading on March statement(64483)
64483 should have been the closing reading on Feb statement. Please will you pass the necessary credit, as this is quite a huge sum.
