my payment amounts need to be allocated correctly...the issue is only the water which i have been charged incorrectly. also i keep getting handed over.....i need my over charged amounts credited. i have paid every single month and have not missed a payment....how can i be owing 75k...please look into the matter as it is only getting worse.......i get charged huge amounts with no one staying in the house at times
