Could you please advise on status of this issue, you have asked Xola Nombutuma to resolve “Unbilled Water and Refuse back charged on account below in June 2021 and requested that the Interest also to be reversed in January 2022”. The matter is still unresolved, and I am charged interest every month. This matter has passed your lead time of 90 days. Xola responded in September last year saying the matter is being attended to by the relevant departments and is receiving the utmost attention. Nothing was done since then and other Cove rock country estate accounts with similar issue were resolved. Please see below all the communication about the issue. Thanks
