Which I then did and received Ref :#99985 almost a month later on 2023-04-02.
The problem still persists as every time there is no water on BCMM side the toilet gets drawn empty and then an air and water mixture runs through the meter and your Smart meter measure that as usage.

I am prepare to pay for 3 kl per month as the reversing of the meter skew the physical meter and that is in line with our average use for a few years already now, until the no water for days stated in our area of Qonce..
