since receiving BCM statements I have never used more than 10 or 12Kl in a month. suddenly April statement says I have used 71Kl of water in a single month? this is not possible. I live alone and i make sure to turn my water off every morning before I leave for work. BCM have been repairing pipes in my adjacent street (strand street) but i do not know if this is a result of that. please assist, there must be a huge mistake on calculations because it is impossible for me who is onlt home at night to have used 71Kl of water in a month whereas in all the 4 years i have not used this amount of water a month.
