Please !!!!! Can this be sorted out Balance brought forward on this account should be NIL!!!! we are continually being charged for water on a plot.JUST received APRIL 23 Tax Invoice and once again charged for R15.000kl. NO movement at all on this meter...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can this be rectified. We are pensioners and each month this is escalating.
