A smart meter was installed at my residence. In January 2022 I was charged over R44000 for water. I went to BCMM in Beacon Bay to lodge a query. An Email was sent away. No reference given. There was no change. I then attended a workshop at Amalinda Methodist Church. Again no Reference given.
I have reported this overcharge the BCMM main office twice. Again emails allegedly sent again no Reference number. They are now taking a 80/20 split dispute a dispute in. This is also going through a lawyer. We have been left with no electricity at stages because of this
