Meter no. B-ORA924 was discontinued after smart meter was installed. Previous accounts show correct nil balances on meter no. B-ORA924 after smart meter installation up until statement dated 24/02/2023 which is correct. Current statement dated 25/03/2023 shows 117kl which is incorrect as smart meter ( 212056139 ) shows the correct water usage of 7kl
please amend error as a matter of urgency.
