My smart meter was not reading correctly after installation during 2021-01. Until 2021-09-02 it only registered 29kl, while the he actual meter reading on 2021-09-26 was 188kl.
BCMM answer was to replace my old meter 191925970 with new meter 212070099.
To make up the difference between the 188kl and 29 kl on the old meter 191925970 BCMM charged me for 15kl per month since 2021-11.
But then in the May, June July statement there is actual consumption measured by water meter 190925970, which is not connected to my erf / house anymore.

If you have a look at the attached spreadsheet, you will notice that I have paid for 237kl already, which is much more than the missing 159kl from 2021 already.
Therefore, please remove water meter 190925970 from my account urgently.
