Consumer was paying a municipality account that was in the previous owners name since he took occupancy of the property, however the consumer has an account under his name now but has been charged back dated payments that were paid on the previous owners account.<div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE: </u></b>Query closed, proof of payments to be sent directly to Drienab@buffalocity.gov.za for transfer to be done.<br></div>
